Progressive seeks a Project Engineer Electromechanics to lead design-to-commissioning of pumping stations, pressure pipelines, and water infrastructure projects across East Flanders, Limburg and Flemish Brabant. You will own projects end-to-end and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Competenze

• Degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong interest in electrical systems and hydraulic infrastructure.
• Experience managing engineering, industrial, utility, or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent Dutch.

• Lead projects from concept and design through execution, commissioning, and aftercare.
• Develop and evaluate technical solutions to achieve the best project outcomes.
• Prepare design and tender documentation while ensuring quality, budget, and planning objectives are met.
• Coordinate contractors, internal stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor safety during design and construction activities.
• Provide technical expertise in electromechanics and hydraulics.
• Support project acceptance, warranty activities, and operational handovers.
