ACE development & engineering is seeking an Electromechanical Project Engineer to work on diverse client projects across mechanics, electrical engineering, automation and project engineering. You will operate within multidisciplinary teams or independently to design, realise and coordinate technical solutions.

The role offers variety, autonomy, and exposure to multiple technologies. You will join a growing, people‑oriented consultancy with long‑term relationships, opportunities for remote work

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Electromechanics, Automation, Product Development, Design & Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Design, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar
• Fluent in English is a plus
• Knowledge of tools such as Inventor, Creo, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Catia, Tekla, EPLAN, Siemens PLC or robotics

As an Electromechanical Engineer, you combine mechanical and electrical engineering across a wide range of projects. You work for various clients and industries on the development, optimisation, and implementation of innovative machines, systems, and production lines.

What will you do?

As an Electromechanical Project Engineer, you will work on a wide variety of technical projects for different clients. Depending on your expertise and interests, you will be deployed within projects focused on mechanics, electrical engineering, automation or project engineering. This role offers a lot of variety and exposure to different technologies and environments.

Within this position, you may work as:

• Mechanical Engineer or Designer
• Electrical Engineer or Designer
• Software Engineer (PLC, robotics)

You will work on a project basis, both independently and within multidisciplinary teams, and actively contribute to the design, realisation and/or coordination of technical solutions.

What do you bring?

• A higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) in one of the following fields:
  Electromechanics, Automation, Product Development, Design & Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Knowledge of one or more tools or technologies such as Inventor, Creo, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Catia, Tekla, EPLAN, (Siemens) PLC or robotics
• Good communication skills; fluency in English is a plus
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and a strong interest in variety (project location, duration and content)
• A curious, proactive mindset with interest in multiple technical domains
