Job summary

Select Group, on behalf of our client in Belgium, seeks an experienced electrician to join the team. You will construct and maintain electrical installations in buildings, including cabling, switches, lighting, and distribution-board work.

85% of work will take place in the Greater Antwerp area. The ideal candidate holds an A2 diploma in Electricity or Electromechanics (or related experience), speaks Dutch or English, has a B driving licence and a valid VCA certificate.

Qualifications

• Install cable trays, pull cables, install switches and control equipment.
• Connect lighting and distribution boards, ensuring safe connections.
• Construct and maintain electrical installations in buildings with standard procedures.
• You hold an A2 diploma in Electricity or Electromechanics (or equivalent through relevant experience in the sector).
• You have a good understanding of electrical techniques.
• You have initial experience as an electrician (recent graduates welcome).
• You are motivated and eager to learn.
• You speak fluent Dutch or English.
• You can work independently with support from experienced colleagues.
• You have a category B driving licence.
• You hold a valid VCA certificate.
