Job summary

Jones Engineering is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for an onsite role in Charleroi. You will coordinate the project team daily to meet milestones and ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ experience in similar electrical projects, a relevant electrical qualification, and strong leadership, delegation, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.
• Experience managing electrical projects is advantageous.
• Relevant 3rd level electrical qualification is essential.
• Strong communication skills, written and oral.
• Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team.
• Excellent delegation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all financial and management aspects of the project.
• Overall responsibility for project team, labour control and coordination.
• Liaise with key project stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Maintenance of quality and health and safety standards in line with internal procedures.
• Commercially focused with a solid understanding of project P&L.
• Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team and develop the team.
