Within our Marine Design & Engineering Department, you will have the opportunity to work as an Electrical Designer and play an active role in developing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. This is not standard engineering work, but tailor‑made solutions at a world‑class level. You will be based at our office in Aalst, joining a multicultural design team with colleagues from no fewer than 17 different nationalities. This international environment creates a unique blend of expertise, perspectives, and collaboration.
In addition, you will contribute to groundbreaking projects, such as the design of a hybrid hopper dredger that is helping shape the future of sustainable maritime transport. In doing so, you will not only work on innovative technologies but also contribute to solutions that have a tangible impact on the world of tomorrow.
As an Electrical Designer, you are involved from the design phase through to the realization of our vessels and their equipment. Together with engineers, designers, and technical specialists, you ensure that innovative ideas are translated into practical electrical designs.
