Capgemini Engineering is seeking an EHS Specialist to conduct risk assessments and safety audits across project sites, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. You will develop and roll out EHS policies, train teams, and monitor performance indicators in a multilingual Brussels environment.

You will collaborate with project managers and engineers to embed best practices into daily operations, investigate incidents, and drive ESG initiatives aligning with Capgemini’s sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an EHS or related engineering role within industrial/manufacturing/engineering services.
• Solid knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits across project sites to identify hazards and ensure compliance with local and international EHS regulations.
• Support development and implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to integrate EHS best practices into planning and operations.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance indicators, investigate incidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and ESG commitments.
