You will be part of a creative and highly motivated team responsible for digital transformation initiatives and further helping the organization to be future-proof. The main objective is to increase our operational efficiency and provide additional value to our customers.

A key upcoming project is the implementation of a new ERP system. This project offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of our business processes and workflows. This experience will be instrumental in your development towards becoming a successful business analyst. Your responsibilities will be varied and are not limited to the overview below.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  1. Work closely with the project manager and solution owner throughout the ERP implementation process.
  2. Analyze, in collaboration with end-users and stakeholders, their business needs and translate those into ERP system requirements.
  3. Support business process modeling to align the ERP system with organizational workflows.
  4. Contribute to ERP blueprint and configuration workshops, document outcomes, and manage follow-up actions, change requests, and decisions.
  5. Help organize and coordinate user acceptance testing with internal departments.
  6. Act as the ERP system administrator, managing user access and system configurations.
  7. Contribute to creating documentation and training materials for end-users.
  8. Assist in organizing, facilitating, and coordinating the ERP hyper-care period after go-live.
  9. Provide first-line support for ERP-related issues or requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  10. Take ownership of the ERP system’s management post-implementation, ensuring its smooth operation and continuous improvement.
  11. Keep track of innovations that can be used to optimize our business processes.
  12. Act as project manager for ERP-related services (integrations): monitor project progress, resolve problems, publish reports, recommend actions, prepare and deliver presentations, and guide change management processes.
  13. Contribute to expanding our digital services towards customers (Customer Portal, Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, etc.).

Profile:

  • You understand business needs very well and can bridge the gap between operations and technology.
  • You are able to manage your work independently and coordinate priorities with stakeholders to achieve desired results.
  • You possess knowledge and experience with tools/systems/processes related to the role (BPMN, Scrum, project management methodologies, etc.). Knowledge of ERP systems and/or experience with ERP implementations is a plus.
  • You have previous experience in ERP implementation projects or in other business applications related to project management, manufacturing, or service.
  • You are a team player, a great communicator, flexible, and solution-oriented.
  • You have excellent working knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • You hold a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience and are passionate about technology.
