CTRL-F NV in België zoekt een E&I Technician die verantwoordelijk is voor veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt onderhoud van productie-installaties, met focus op elektrische installaties, instrumentatie en automatisering.

Je werkt in een gereguleerde omgeving waar veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan. Je voert preventieve en correctieve onderhoud uit, kalibreert instrumenten en werkt mee aan commissioning en SAP-documentatie.

Qualifications

• Vereiste diploma in elektromechanica / elektriciteit / meet- en regeltechniek.
• Ervaring in chemische/ farmaceutische/ procesomgeving is een sterke troef.
• Goede kennis van instrumentatie en automatisatie.

Responsabilités

• Voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan elektrische installaties en automatiseringscomponenten.
• Analyseert en lost E&I storingen op om stilstand te minimaliseren.
• Kalibreert en valideert meet- en regelinstrumenten volgens GMP-richtlijnen.
• Voert technische aanpassingen door en levert bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten, inclusief PLC/DCS.
• Assisteert bij commissioning van nieuw equipment.
• Documenteert technisch onderhoud en SAP-registraties up-to-date.
• Werkt nauw samen met collega-technici, productie en engineering en neemt dienst mee volgens een ploegenschema.

In this role, the E&I Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the production facilities. The role involves work on electrical installations, process instrumentation and automation systems.

The technician will be working in a modern and highly regulated environment where safety, quality, reliability and continuous improvement are paramount. Technical expertise and a solution-oriented approach make a tangible difference to day-to-day production operations.

• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, sensors, transmitters, control valves and automation components.
• Analysing, locating and resolving E&I faults to minimise production downtime.
• Calibrating and validating measuring and control instruments in accordance with the applicable GMP guidelines.
• Carrying out technical modifications and contributing to improvement projects within existing installations, including those relating to PLC and DCS systems.
• Assisting with the commissioning of new equipment and technical systems.
• Accurately recording and keeping technical documentation and maintenance data up to date, including in SAP.
• Working closely with fellow technicians, production and engineering staff to ensure the safety and reliability of the installations.
• Taking part in on-call duties according to a rota system.

• Een diploma elektromechanica, elektriciteit, meet- en regeltechniek of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring.
• Ervaring binnen een chemische, farmaceutische of andere procesomgeving; dit is een sterke troef.
• Een goede technische kennis van instrumentatie, industriële elektriciteit en automatisatie.
• Kennis van of ervaring met ATEX, GMP, veiligheidsprocedures en technische schema's.
• Een nauwkeurige, veilige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
• Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan de wachtdienst.
• Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
