ETAM BELUX is offering an E-commerce Intern position to support daily management and optimization across three BELUX websites. You will work closely with the E-commerce Lead, gaining hands-on experience in merchandising, campaign execution, and performance analysis within the fashion industry.

Your profile includes studying business/digital marketing, being organized and data-driven, and a strong interest in e-commerce.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize product categories and collections across BELUX websites.
• Highlight key products for local campaigns and seasonal needs.
• Design and update homepage and landing pages to improve shopping experience.
• Support SEO initiatives to boost product visibility and site performance.
• Create promotional campaigns and discount codes with compliant display of information.
• Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales) and suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey.

As an E-commerce Intern for the BELUX market, you will play an active role in the daily management and optimization of our three e-commerce websites. Working directly with the E-commerce Lead for the BELUX market, you will receive hands-on guidance while gaining exposure to the full e-commerce ecosystem. From website merchandising and campaign execution to performance analysis and customer experience optimization, this internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of digital retail in the fashion industry.

Your tasks will include Website Management:

• Create and update product categories according to seasons, trends, and new collections.
• Highlight key products to support local market needs and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure our websites remain engaging, accurate, and aligned with the Etam brand image.

Website & Page Optimization:

• Help design and update the homepage and landing pages to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support SEO initiatives to improve product visibility and website performance.

Campaign & Promotion Management:

• Create promotional campaigns and discount codes while ensuring all legal information is correctly displayed.
• Build pop-ups and merchandising elements to support commercial operations and marketing campaigns.

Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor website performance using key e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, etc.).
• Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest new ideas to optimize the customer journey and increase conversions.

Your Profile:

• Currently studying business, digital marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong interest in fashion and e-commerce.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and creative.
• Comfortable with data analysis and understanding e-commerce KPIs. Excellent communicator and team player.
• Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is a plus.
• Previous e-commerce or digital marketing experience is an advantage.

Please note: This internship is open to students who are available for a minimum of 4 months.
