MpowerT is seeking an experienced Project Manager ad interim to lead the Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation from analysis to go-live. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage the external partner, ensuring scope, budget and quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a manufacturing context, strong communication and change management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into BC solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP implementations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Solid knowledge of financial and operational business processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong and balanced stakeholder management, team leadership and proactive communication skills.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to gain an in-depth understanding of the organisation’s business processes.
• Experience working with external implementation partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Business Central implementation from analysis through to go-live.
• Manage and monitor scope, planning, budget, risks and quality.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and key users across the organisation.
• Manage and challenge the external implementation partner.
• Guide the process analysis and translate business requirements into Business Central solutions.
• Coordinate data migration, integrations, testing and user acceptance.
• Organise training, change management and user support.
• Proactively keep the management team informed of progress.
