Job summary

Circle K is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant for our fuel station in Belgium. You will be an all‑rounder who supports daily shop operations, handles deliveries, assists customers, bakes pastries, and helps with administrative tasks when the Manager is away.

Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays are expected. You bring hands-on spirit, reliability, and comfort with Dutch; English or French help is a plus.

Qualifications

• You have experience in a retail environment and are comfortable with administrative tasks.
• You are hands-on and willing to take responsibility.
• You are flexible for varied shifts, including early, late, weekends and public holidays.
• You can multitask and stay accurate when busy.
• You speak Dutch and can help customers in English or French.

Responsibilities

• Unloading deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Baking pastries and preparing freshly made sandwiches.
• Operating the cash register and helping customers with a smile.
• Keeping the shop and facilities clean and tidy.
• Monitoring food safety standards.
• Performing administrative tasks and supporting the Manager.
• Taking responsibility in the Manager’s absence.
