Job summary

RITUALS COSMETICS is seeking a Dutch-speaking Assistant Retail Manager in Antwerp to coach staff and drive a premium in-store experience. You will collaborate with the Store Manager on scheduling, sales strategies and staff development while ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

The role emphasizes product expertise, customer service excellence, and a hands-on leadership style. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required, with opportunities for growth within the Rituals

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Willing to be flexible with opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Not willing to sit at a desk all day; energy from the bustle and variety of retail.
• Results-driven and always looking for the next win with natural conversation skills.
• Strong people skills; able to inspire the team, collaborate with the Shop Manager and connect with customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager on staffing, sales strategies, and plans to delight colleagues and customers.
• Act as product expert, handle complex questions, demonstrate products, and convey the Feel Good Experience.
• Manage operations: scheduling, stock, cash handling, and essential back-office tasks.
• Develop your team and set achievable targets while making sales a fun game for everyone.
• Be a brand ambassador with a polished appearance and attention to detail for a luxury boutique.
