Next Job Abroad is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent for our international client in Alicante, Spain. You'll help customers and provide excellent service via phone, email and chat, with full training provided.

Your role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll help customers and provide excellent service every day. Your tasks may include:

• Assisting customers via phone, email and chat
• Resolving customer inquiries professionally
• Providing information about products and services
• Following internal processes and systems
• Working together with international colleagues

No previous experience is required for many candidates, as full training will be provided.
