Job summary

RDN CONS seeks a Dutch-speaking customer service professional to join a global e-commerce leader. This fully remote role is based in Greece, with relocation support and opportunities for an international career from home.

You will assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, help with orders, payments, returns and accounts, and document interactions in internal systems. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1-C2).
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate permanently to Greece.
