Kappa Data is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its international marketing team in Belgium. You will organize events, support campaigns, and craft Dutch and English content that strengthens our brand in Belgium and beyond.

We welcome candidates who are proactive, have real Dutch language mastery (mandatory) and fluent English, with hands-on experience in marketing activities. The role offers a full-time contract and an open, collaborative office environment in Ghent or Utrecht.

Qualifications

• Dutch language mastery is mandatory.
• Fluent English communication is required.
• Experience in a Marketing Coordinator role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize a variety of events, from customer drinks to technical sessions and trade fairs.
• Provide practical support during events and ensure smooth follow-up afterwards.
• Contribute to development of Dutch and international campaigns.
• Show creativity in writing social media posts and blog posts.
• Create visuals and video content to support campaigns.
• Process inbox and follow up on pending tasks.
