Description du poste

For our client, we are looking for a motivated concrete pump operator who is willing to work on various construction sites spread across the region. You will have a combination of driving, operating machines, and practical work on the site – ideal for those seeking variety and responsibility.

Your duties:

• Operating the concrete pump on different sites
• Driving independently from site to site with the truck pump
• Checking the quality of the delivered concrete
• Pumping concrete upon the arrival of the mixers
• Daily cleaning of the pump system and performing minor maintenance or simple repairs

Who are we looking for?

• Experience is not required: you will receive thorough internal training
• You are motivated, physically strong, and enjoy hands‑on work
• You can work at a high pace and are flexible regarding working hours
• You possess a C driving license (must); code 95 is not needed
• You are interested in machines and the construction industry
• A VCA certificate is a plus
• You have technical insight and handle equipment and trucks carefully
• You are communicative, customer‑oriented, and work well with colleagues at the site
• You speak fluent Dutch or English
• You are punctual, reliable, and have a sense of responsibility
• During the first 6 months, you can get to our company in Heist-op-den-Berg daily on your own
