Accent Jobs for People NV in Belgium is seeking a CE licensed driver for night shifts to load and deliver ready-mixed mortar along Belgian roads. You will ensure safety on the site and provide feedback to the central office and colleagues, while monitoring site conditions and risks.

You will also handle daily cleaning of the truck, report defects, and perform cleaning and minor maintenance at the central office. Willing to commit to long days and high hours with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience driving a truck is required.
• Dutch language proficiency is required.
• Code 95 is required for Belgium.
• Willing to work long days and many hours.
• CE driving license with at least 2 years of experience on Belgian roads.

YOU WORK THE NIGHT SHIFT and:

Pay & premiums

• Each driver starts at CatIII €20,669/hour
• Supplement 10% (conventional premium)Working between 6u and 7u
• Working between 19u and 22u
• Supplement 25% (night premium)Working before 6u
• Working after 22u
• Overtime pay+50% after 11 working hours per day+50% for Saturday work+100% for Sunday work and public holidays
• Meal allowances (net – Construction)€ 3,37 net per worked day for more than 4 working hours
• € 5,50 net for more than 9 working hours
• Extra € 2,75 net for more than 11 working hours

20 vacation days12 ADV days=> in the summer you are home for 3 weeks=> at Christmas you are home for 2 weeks
