ETUI is seeking a Documentalist and Communication Officer to join a hybrid role spanning the Documentation Centre and ComPub Unit in Brussels. You will manage physical and digital collections, oversee Labourline, monitor literature, and support web and social media publishing.
We require a degree in librarianship or information science, plus several years in a similar role. Fluency in English and/or French is needed, with other European languages a plus.

Working in an international environment under the supervision of the Head of ComPub, you will support both units by managing physical and digital collections, monitoring literature, overseeing databases (Labourline), checking publication bibliographies, and supporting web and social media publishing activities.

Starting salary for Category C2 is € 4 128 gross per month (based on full-time employment).
