Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a dedicated Business Administrator for their electronic document and quality management systems. You will coordinate Veeva QualityDocs (ARGO) and Veeva QMS (PhoeniQS), manage data and users, and support process improvements in a biotech environment.

Reporting to the Head of Quality Systems Management, you will work onsite with cross-functional teams to implement sprints, releases, and IT changes while maintaining system data integrity and change logs.

Qualifications

• Degree in medical/paramedical or scientific field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Veeva Vault or compatible EDM/QMS systems.
• Biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Data management: create and maintain system data and fields.
• User administration: manage access requests and reviews.
• Maintenance support: monitor workflows and licence usage.
• Coordinate ARGO (Veeva QualityDocs) and PhoeniQS changes, including sprints and releases.
• Maintain change logs (DDQs) and support testing during releases.

PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION

• Serve as Business Administrator for argenx’s electronic document and quality management systems: Veeva QualityDocs (ARGO) and Veeva QMS (PhoeniQS).
• Coordinate and contribute to Veeva QualityDocs (ARGO) and Veeva QMS (PhoeniQS) activities, including sprints, Veeva releases, and other projects.
• Contribute to business process improvement and redesign initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As PhoeniQS – ARGO Business Admin
• Data Management: Create and maintain business data, including drop-down values, object record fields, and other system data.
• User Administration: Act on behalf of the business owner(s) to manage user access requests, permission changes, and periodic access reviews.
• Operational and Maintenance Support: Address user requests and general enquiries, monitor workflows and duplicate records, provide periodic updates on licence usage and other system operational and maintenance activities.
• As Coordinator and collaborator in Veeva QualityDocs (ARGO) and Veeva QMS (PhoeniQS) system changes
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and contribute to ARGO (Veeva QualityDocs) and PhoeniQS (Veeva QMS) changes, including sprints, Veeva releases, ITCCs, and other projects.
• Maintain the JIRA logbook and associated meetings by managing change requests (DDQs).
• Support testing for sprints, Veeva releases, ITCCs, and other projects.
• Collaborate with System Administrators and other technical specialists on system setup and configuration changes.
• As Business process improvements collaborator
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish, oversee, and continuously improve argenx quality processes and the electronic systems that support them.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or university degree in medical/paramedical, or a scientific discipline (e.g. biology, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, veterinary science, chemistry, biochemistry etc.), or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with Veeva Vault or comparable electronic document and quality management systems.
• Experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.

The annual base salary hiring range for this position is €60,000.00 - €82,500.00 EUR

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentives program.
