Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience leading enterprise partnerships across functions such as clinical development, data/technology, quality, and commercial.
• Strong enterprise leadership mindset with ability to align senior stakeholders and shape long-term impact through partnerships.
• Ability to anticipate future partnership needs and translate insights into scalable enterprise improvements.
• Experience acting as an integrator and catalyst across multiple capabilities and geographies.
• Demonstrated leadership consistent with the argenx Way of Partnering.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the senior enterprise lead for the global IQVIA partnership across clinical, digital, GPS, quality, and commercial interactions.
• Protect long-term value by reducing fragmentation and reinforcing partnering behaviors grounded in accountability and transparency.
• Align alliance strategy and governance with BP objectives and enterprise need.
• Act as a senior enterprise connector with end-to-end visibility across the IQVIA portfolio.
• Clarify enterprise priorities and resolve duplication or misalignment across functions, regions, and operating models.
• Enable faster decision-making with defined decision rights and executive alignment on outcomes.
• Develop the multi-year alliance strategy and enterprise value narrative for IQVIA.
• Translate IQVIA capabilities into scalable operating models and identify future opportunities.
• Move from transactional engagement to co-creation and differentiated enterprise value.

Formation

Advanced degree preferred (e.g., Master’s or PhD in life sciences, medicine, engineering, business)
