Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Director, DISSO - Dissolution and In Vitro Release Sciences, Simulations and Optimization, located in Beerse, Belgium. The Director will lead the DISSO team within Synthetics Analytical Development and set scientific direction for dissolution methods across development to lifecycle management.
You will partner with Drug Product R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain, manage a team of about 30 (plus contractors), ensure
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development and analytical development.
- Experience leading scientific teams and managing complex portfolios.
- Strong understanding of cGMP, regulatory expectations, and CMC requirements.
- Ability to translate complex scientific topics into strategic direction for senior stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Lead the DISSO team with scientific, strategic, and people leadership.
- Define and drive dissolution strategies across the portfolio.
- Ensure state-of-the-art, cGMP-compliant laboratory operations.
- Represent DISSO in governance and cross-functional forums.
- Oversee budget and resource planning for the DISSO organization.
