Daikin Europe is seeking a Digital Transformation Officer SAP-HCM to lead HR digital transformation within the DENV HQ. The role covers SAP HCM/ESS, SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, and payroll improvements, partnering with HR and IT to enhance processes.

You will drive data quality, governance, and escalation models, while promoting RPA/PowerApps usage and contributing to IT HR projects across the HR organization in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or IT with interest in HR processes.
• HR experience with payroll focus (preferably SAP-HCM).
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Structured, process-driven with planning discipline.
• Good communication skills and team player attitude.
• Analytical & innovative mindset with openness to IT evolutions in HR.

Responsabilités

• Knowledge-owner for SAP HCM/ESS, SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos.
• Process owner for data quality and governance in HR systems.
• Sparring partner for IT in local HR digital projects.
• Coordinate HR digital tools and CRs with focus on process improvements.
• Drive HR administrative process improvements from content and IT perspectives.

The main mission of the team of Law & Digitization is to drive the digital HR transformation towards a more efficient & employee-oriented HR organization within our DENV HQ organization

To realize this mission, we are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Transformation Officer SAP-HCM.

Main projects & challenges:

• Diving intoHR Digital Transformation and get a comprehensive understanding of our current landscape based on:
  • SAP SuccessFactors with modules like employee central, recruiting, onboarding, learning, time tracking, and performance & goals.
  • SAP HCM for payroll processes.
  • Kronos and SAP Employee Self-Service (ESS) fortime & attendance.
• Set-up and coordination of the implementation of improvement requests including (but not limited to) the roll out of the Service center model and future proof payroll process
• Guarantee an optimal data Quality in our systems, including development and implementation of related escalation models / governance structure and define roles & responsibilities
• Drive & coordinate HR Administrative Process improvements from a content- and IT point of view (incl. tools like RPA/PowerApps/FormStacks/other tools)
• Work on HR knowledge data bank and workflows
• Have an active contribution in several IT HR Digital projects

Your profile:

• You have a master's degree in HR or in an IT related field with an interest in HR Processes
• You have a (first) HR experience with focus on payroll (preferably SAP-HCM)
• You have an excellent knowledge of Excel
• You have the necessary self-discipline to set and follow up a planning, you are structured and process-driven
• You have good communication skills
• You are a team player and try to establish and maintain a good relationship with both your HR and IT colleagues
• You have an analytical & innovative spirit and are interested in our company’s need to grow & accelerate, considering the human factor of change as well.
• You are pragmatic and have a strong interest in recent IT evolutions and technologies in the HR Field.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
