Job summary

Toyota Motor Europe is offering an internship in Brussels to support the design and implementation of a P&I Knowledge Management framework. You will map knowledge sources, review SharePoint sites, and help create a single source of truth for processes, policies and best practices.

Join a multicultural HR team and collaborate across HR, digital transformation and knowledge management stakeholders in an international environment. Fluency in English and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (business language).
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools; SharePoint exposure is a plus.
• Interest in knowledge management, AI, Copilot and digital transformation.
• Exposure to process improvement, change management, knowledge sharing or digital innovation initiatives.

Get to know your team and responsibilities

People & Innovation (P&I) is Toyota Motor Europe's HR function, responsible for developing people strategies, enhancing employee experience, driving organisational effectiveness, and leading HR innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

Insights & Planning (I&P), as part of P&I, provides strategic planning, governance, and knowledge management capabilities that enable effective resource planning, and execution of key P&I priorities across P&I organisation.

Your project

During the internship, the successful candidate will support the design and implementation of a P&I Knowledge Management framework by:

• Mapping existing knowledge sources across P&I.
• Reviewing current SharePoint sites and content structure.
• Identifying opportunities to improve information accessibility and searchability.
• Supporting the creation of a "single source of truth" approach for key P&I processes, policies, standards, and best practices.
• Developing knowledge governance recommendations.
• Exploring how AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, can enhance knowledge discovery and employee productivity.
• Contributing to user communication, adoption, and engagement activities.
• Collaborating with HR, digital transformation and knowledge management stakeholders in an international environment.

Who are we looking for?

Your profile

• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, Digital Technologies, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• You have experience working with Microsoft 365 tools and ideally some exposure to SharePoint, content management systems, or digital workplace solutions.
• You have an interest in knowledge management, AI, Microsoft Copilot, and digital transformation.
• Through your studies, projects, extracurricular activities, or a previous internship, you have gained exposure to process improvement, research, change management, knowledge sharing, or digital innovation initiatives.
• You are analytical, structured, proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• You communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and teams.
• ASAP in 2026.

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship. We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
