Qnity is seeking a Quality Data Engineer to support Kalrez® manufacturing and quality operations through data-driven solutions that enhance reporting, traceability, and decision-making. The role will develop dashboards, applications, and data interfaces that connect manufacturing, engineering, and quality systems to drive efficiency.

Your work will help improve data visibility, enable smarter decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement across Kalrez® manufacturing and quality processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with SQL, APIs, and data management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles for practical interfaces.
  • Understanding OPC, TCP/IP, and Serial communication protocols.

Quality Data Engineer – Manufacturing & Quality Systems (Kalrez®)
Location: Newark, DE (On-Site)

Qnity is seeking a Quality Data Engineer to support Kalrez® manufacturing and quality operations through data-driven solutions that improve reporting, traceability, process visibility, and decision-making. This role will develop dashboards, applications, and data interfaces that connect manufacturing, engineering, and quality systems while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, Power Apps, and reporting tools.

  • Build user-friendly data collection and reporting solutions for manufacturing and quality teams.

  • Support SPC, SQC, MRB, and other quality data systems.

  • Ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance with quality system requirements.

  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and IT to deliver practical digital solutions.

  • Automate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with SQL, APIs, and data management.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Platform preferred.

  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to create practical, and user-friendly interfaces.

  • Understanding protocols such as OPC, TCP/IP, and Serial communication.
