Qualifications

• Eerste ervaring in digitale marketing of soortgelijke rol.
• Vloeiend in Frans en Engels; Basiskennis van Nederlands is een plus.
• Ervaring met digitale campagnes en contentcreatie.
• Kennis van tools zoals Canva, HubSpot of Hootsuite is een plus.
• Ervaring met website- of webshopbeheer is een voordeel.
• Georganiseerd, proactief en hands-on, met vermogen om meerdere projecten te beheren.

Responsibilities

• Digital campagnes & content: Ontwikkel en coördineer digitale campagnes via social media, nieuwsbrieven, websites en externe platforms.
• Lokale marketingactivatie: Pas internationale marketinginitiatieven aan de lokale markt aan en ondersteun promoties, events en webinars.
• Website- & webshopbeheer: Zorg voor correcte en actuele online content en productinformatie.
• Prestatieanalyse: Houd KPIs bij, rapporteer resultaten en identificeer verbeterkansen.
• Operationele marketing & projectcoördinatie: Ondersteun promotiematerialen, budgetbewaking en leverancierscoördinatie.

For an international company active in the medical sector, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of digital marketing activities across the Benelux region.

Functie

The role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing digital marketing campaigns and supporting local marketing initiatives across the Benelux. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to translate the marketing strategy into impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness, engage healthcare professionals and support commercial objectives.

Your responsibilities:

• Digital campaigns & content: Develop and coordinate digital campaigns across social media, newsletters, websites and external platforms, ensuring engaging and relevant content for the target audience.
• Local marketing activation: Adapt international marketing initiatives to local market needs and support the communication of promotions, events and webinars.
• Website & webshop management: Ensure that online content, product information and promotional activities are accurate and up to date.
• Performance analysis: Monitor campaign performance through relevant KPIs, report on results and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Operational marketing & project coordination: Support the development of promotional materials, budget tracking and supplier coordination, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

Profiel

Your profile

• You have initial a first experience in digital marketing or a similar marketing role.
• You are fluent in French and English. A basic knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
• You have experience with digital campaigns and content creation. Knowledge of tools such as Canva, HubSpot or Hootsuite is a plus.
• Experience managing websites or webshops is an advantage.
• You are organized, proactive and hands-on, with the ability to manage projects independently and handle multiple priorities.
• You have strong communication skills, an analytical mindset and a willingness to learn.
