MPL is hiring in Antwerp for a forwarder who owns the full import journey—orders, transport, documents and follow-up until billing. You’ll keep customers informed and drive accuracy, balancing speed with compliance.

You bring forwarding experience, strong knowledge of transport regulations, and a proactive, autonomous approach. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; other languages are a plus, reflecting our international team.

Qualifications

• Experience in forwarding (import) and knowledge of transport regulations.
• Experience handling forwarding documents with ease.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus.
• Autonomy and proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Own the full import journey from booking to final billing.
• Coordinate orders, transport, documentation, and follow-up of import files.
• Keep customers informed throughout the process from first booking to invoicing.
