MPL in Antwerp is looking for a logistics forwarder to level up the import team. You will own the full journey from booking to billing, coordinating orders, transport, and documentation, and keeping customers informed every step of the way.

You’ll need experience in forwarding, familiarity with transport regulations, and strong document handling skills. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in forwarding (import,...) and knowledge of transport regulations.
• Ability to handle forwarding documents with ease.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the full journey of forwarding import assignments: orders, transport, documentation, and follow-up of import files.
• Keep shipments moving and keep customers informed from booking to final billing.
• Balance big-picture planning with precise execution and proactive problem-solving.
