JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS in Brussels is seeking a Digital Data Analyst to support data analyses using internal and external information to improve online sales performance. Responsibilities include creating dashboards, conducting analyses, and guiding colleagues in data tools.

Are you a data wizard with a passion for unraveling complex datasets? We are looking for a driven Digital Data Analyst to strengthen our team. In this role, you will support a wide range of data analyses, using large volumes of internal and external data to generate insights and improve the sales performance of our webshops and online campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards based on internal and external data, including sales figures, product information, digital platform statistics, market data, and more.
• Perform both recurring standard analyses and ad-hoc research to understand and improve the performance of product categories, customer segments, webshops, and online campaigns.
• Act as a pioneer within the Media & Digital team Northern Europe and guide colleagues in the correct and efficient use of available dashboards and tools for independent data analysis.
• Serve as the first point of contact within the team for questions related to data, reporting, and tools, proactively offering solutions and sharing knowledge.
