Bits of Love in Bruges is seeking a Digital Business Producer who thrives at the intersection of business, communication and digital. You will take half-formed ideas and turn them into clear, useful outputs, working directly with management, designers, developers and project managers.

This broad, senior role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across communications, sales materials and digital producing & insights.

Qualifications

• You write exceptionally well in English and Dutch, translating complex ideas into clear, human language.
• You’re curious, ask good questions and extract useful insights from interviews and user research.
• You can turn analytics into concrete, actionable recommendations for clients.
• You’re comfortable using AI as a research, writing and structuring tool and can help build simple automations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a practical content rhythm for client work and internal output.
• Create compelling proposals, pitches and cases that are visually strong and easy to reuse.
• Lead discovery, interviews and research to generate relevant insights for projects.
• Coordinate with management, designers, developers and PMs to move initiatives forward.
• Turn client briefs into concrete outputs and prototypes, using tools like Figma and PowerPoint.
