PACS Group in Belgium is seeking a reliable dietary aide to support kitchen operations and assist the Cook and Dietary supervisor. You will learn routines quickly, set up meal trays, and help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen.

Responsibilities include operating the dishwasher, serving meals, checking dishwashing water temperatures, preparing nourishments, and participating in ongoing training. A high school diploma is required and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow technical procedures.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsabilités

• Set up meal trays.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Assist with serving the different meals.
• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing machine at shift start.
• Observe water temperatures of dishwasher during cycles.
• Operate dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop kitchen.
• Carry out trash and garbage.
• Put groceries away in a safe, orderly and clean manner.
• Leave the kitchen clean and sanitary and assist cooks as needed.
• Clean work surfaces and refrigerators.
• Sweep and mop and maintain floors.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing dietary staff training.
• Work cooperatively with personnel in all departments.
