Hunter International, Inc. is seeking a subject matter expert to support Windows workstation management and troubleshooting in a multinational enterprise environment. You will operate within VDI environments and adhere to ITIL practices.

You will map requirements to E&T solutions and help expand the NATO NCS Data and AI posts mapping to SFIA, driving automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency, based in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Windows workstation management and troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Automation or scripting to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience supporting multinational enterprise environments.

Responsabilités

• Mapping requirements to existing E&T solutions.
• Expanding the mapping of NATO NCS Data and AI posts to the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA).
