Intermodalics, based in Leuven, Belgium, is seeking a DevOps Software Engineer to keep robotics software building, deploying and running in the cloud and at the edge. You will own build, test and release pipelines and ensure reliability across environments.

You should have a degree in Information Technology or Robotics and hands‑on Linux experience, with proficiency in C++ and Python, plus 3+ years building software infrastructure. English proficiency required, team‑oriented and proactive.

We're looking for a DevOps Software Engineer with an engineering degree and hands‑on experience in a Linux environment, software tools and libraries. For this role, you are working at our main office in Leuven, Belgium.

About the Role

Our DevOps plays a crucial role in keeping robotics software building, deploying and running, both in the cloud and on the edge.

Tasks

• You apply and integrate tooling to build, run and deploy and run robotics software.
• You work on both our internal systems as systems we build for our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Information Technology or Robotics

Required Skills

• Fluent on Linux systems and experienced with building and shipping C++ and Python software
• 3+ years of experience developing software infrastructure
• You take ownership of a given mission and the tasks to achieve that mission
• You take initiative to identify and solve important problems, coordinating with others on cross‑cutting technical issues
• Analytical mindset and eager to learn
• You can work independently while being a team player with good reporting skills
• English Language proficiency (written & verbal)
