Job summary

Médiane Benelux is hiring a Design System Engineer to support an automotive client with expertise in electric machines, power electronics, and mechatronic system engineering. The role covers defining requirements and integrating complex mechatronic subsystems.

The candidate will work across hardware and software domains, coordinating with controls, testing, and validation teams while ensuring system robustness and compliance with project needs. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in system engineering within an automotive or mechatronic environment.
• Strong knowledge of electric machines, power electronics, and control systems.
• Experience in signal processing, data analysis, and system performance evaluation.
• Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional level of English.

• Defining and developing system requirements for mechatronic automotive applications.
• Contributing to the design and integration of electric machine systems, power electronics, and control systems.
