Omega & Kennett Endodontics is seeking a talented Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice with locations in Newark, DE and Kennet Square. You will support the Dentist, prepare patients, and ensure a world-class patient experience.

You will handle instrument setup, sterilization, and 4-handed dentistry, while maintaining accurate records and assisting with payments. The role requires flexibility to float between offices and a focus on patient comfort.

Qualifications

• No experience required but preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A strong attention to detail.
• Well-organized and reliable.
• A high school diploma.
• A certificate from an accredited dental assistant program (if required by law).
• An active state radiology license (if required by law).
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment.
• Must be able to assist patients safely in and out of chairs or treatment areas.
