JINGDONG LOGISTICS (BELGIUM) is offering an internship through the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program. You will gain hands-on exposure in logistics operations, assisting the Station Supervisor in daily tasks and supporting a team during shifts.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar, graduating in 2026/2027. You'll need a proactive attitude and strong communication skills in English, with knowledge of other languages being a plus.

The internship provides an opportunity to contribute to real projects in a fast-paced environment.

Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.What You Will DoOperations Support: Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of delivery station.Junior Leadership: Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily station KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven process improvements.Team Communication: Help conduct daily team briefings (Stand-ups) and ensure all frontline staff follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with the transport network and customer service teams to resolve real-time delivery exceptions and tracking issues.About YouCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Data Science and will graduate in 2026/2027No extensive work experience required, but a strong "can-do" attitude, proactivity, and willingness to take on responsibility are a must.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and physical environment where priorities change quickly.Strong interpersonal skills with fluent English (knowledge of Chinese, Dutch or French is a major plus for coordination).At JD.com, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every voice counts and every talent belongs.
