JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a capable delivery operations coordinator to support daily operations at the delivery station. You will lead a team of associates, ensure timely dispatch of deliveries, and coordinate with transport and customer service to maintain service quality.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

Responsabilités

Support the supervisor in managing daily operations of the delivery station.
Lead and guide a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
Assist with team briefings and ensure all staff follow safety and quality standards.
Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.
