Searoutes SAS is seeking a Delivery Engineer to join our Customer Success team and deliver CO2 and emissions reports for clients. You will transform raw data into meaningful outputs, automate workflows, and present findings in calls and reviews.
You’ll automate data preparation, connect data sources via APIs and AI-assisted tools, and maintain end-to-end delivery pipelines. You’ll explain emissions numbers to non-technical audiences and guide new clients through API onboarding.
Searoutes has a vision to help the logistics industry play its part in the reduction of carbon emissions. We enable shippers to build and execute GHG reduction strategies, and are on a mission to become the standard for carbon management in logistics.
We are convinced that reducing GHG emissions in logistics is an operational problem, so we leverage modern algorithms to go beyond standard methodologies, and give shippers the visibility they need to make an impact.
If you are passionate about the environment, proactive and pragmatic in getting things done, and love to work in a complex but fascinating industry where you learn every day - then this is the place for you. We remain remote first with most of our team based in Europe.
We're looking for a Delivery Engineer to join our Customer Success team and own the end-to-end delivery of CO2 and emissions reports for our clients. You'll work directly with the raw data we produce, process it into meaningful outputs, and present your findings to clients in calls and reviews.
This isn't a spreadsheet job. We're looking for someone who reaches for a script or an AI tool before they reach for Excel — someone who thinks about how to automate the boring parts so they can spend their time on the interesting ones. You'll connect data sources, clean and transform messy inputs, and build lightweight pipelines that make report delivery scalable and repeatable.
You'll be the person clients trust to explain what their emissions numbers actually mean, where the data comes from, and how to act on it. You'll also be a key point of contact when things go wrong — diagnosing issues before clients even notice them, and guiding new clients through their first API integration until they're up and running confidently. That means being as comfortable in a client meeting as you are in a terminal.
Nice to have
As part of our team, you will:
