Wlgroup in Belgium seeks a metrics lead to own the measurement framework for a mission-critical enterprise service performance dashboard. You will define which indicators matter and how they are reported, with a team of five analysts on-site alongside the customer’s technical staff.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline, or 10+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Proven knowledge of performance and quality indicators, and formal reporting on user experience.
• Experience designing dashboards and overseeing their implementation.
• Experience leading dashboard development teams and working groups in a military or defence IT environment.
• Experience guiding technical teams implementing indicator frameworks.
• Knowledge of dashboard user-experience design, transition and operation.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, with experience in at least one and of IT service level management.
• Excellent communication - able to align stakeholders on a number.

Responsabilités

• Define the performance and quality indicators the dashboard reports and defend definitions with stakeholders.
• Design dashboards and decide what is shown, to whom, and what actions are expected from viewers.
• Lead and instruct analysts implementing indicators and chair working groups.
• Own the formal reporting on user experience and ensure numbers reconcile with operational records.
• Run service level management for the dashboard: availability, incident resolution, and request fulfilment.
• Write user-experience deliverables and requirements and translate them into work for the technical team.
