Qualifications

• Proven experience as Technical Project Manager or similar in complex engineering environments.
• Strong background in systems integration and product development.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering, Requirements Management, IVVQ and Configuration Management.
• Experience managing technical stakeholders, customers, and subcontractors.
• Fluent communication in French and English.
• Strong planning, risk management and project governance experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical execution of defence system development programmes throughout the full lifecycle.
• Translate contractual requirements into technical scope, requirements, deliverables and work packages.
• Coordinate systems engineering, integration, qualification, production, quality, procurement, supply chain and ILS activities.
• Manage technical relationships with customers, partners and subcontractors.
• Monitor programme schedules, technical milestones, risks, budgets and resource requirements.
• Drive requirements management, configuration management, change management and governance processes.
• Support qualification, verification, validation, industrialisation and production readiness activities.
• Deliver technical reporting and documentation including test plans, design documentation and data packs.
