As a Deck Foreman on our Fallpipe vessels, you are responsible for the building up of the fallpipe, to execute our offshore activities in good order. You guide a team of deckhands and work together proactively. Your technical knowledge makes sure you oversee the process from A to Z.
As a Works Manager, you are responsible for the operational execution of the works on site. You can rely on a team of site superintendents and project engineers. You report directly to the project manager. You focus on the bigger scheme of things whereas the superintendents deal with day to day issues.
We are currently looking for an experienced Works Manager who can manage large offshore installation projects, having both a strong engineering background and installation experience.

As a Project Engineer you will be involved in marine infrastructure/civil projects (i.e. port & harbor constructions, immersed tunnels, tunneling and foundation works) that complement and reinforce DEME’s activities. The Methods Engineering & Equipment and Technology Development group develops transport and installation methods for the different DEME Offshore activities safeguarding technical feasibility, operational efficiency and workability. Additionally, the team develops the required equipment for the projects focused on safe and efficient operations, ensuring high workability and accelerating the pace of innovation. These developments are coordinated in close cooperation with the commercial and operational departments to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
As a Methods & Mission Equipment Engineer at DEME Offshore, you are involved with the engineering of new transport and installation methods and the development of corresponding mission equipment. You will provide engineering support during project execution and follow up on performance and any modifications or improvements to existing equipment.
As a Commercial Manager or Tender Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing international tenders and commercial opportunities and managing corresponding project proposals for complex offshore works. Under your leadership, your team shall analyze the project scope, and develop the engineering, the planning and the pricing.
As central point of contact you will establish strong relationships with clients during the whole process. You will lead and manage a tender team through the application of our tender and acquisition processes; you will motivate and empower your tender team members from the various DEME Offshore specialist support departments, such as Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, Project Controls. Through facilitating excellent team communication and efficiency, you will support ownership and maximize innovation, targeting a high-quality tender submission and contract. Finally, you and the tender sponsor will take the lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients after the submission of the tenders.
This position is based at our DEME Offshore Office in Breda, The Netherlands.
As a Junior Accountant in our office in Italy, you will play a key role in the financial process. You'll be responsible for performing clerical duties and bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations under the supervision of the Finance Manager reporting to the head of the Finance in Italy.
