Start People in Lommel, Belgium, is seeking a motivated Technician to join one of the world’s most advanced glass factories. After day-shift training, you will join a maintenance team to service installations and systems, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

We provide accommodation and a starting salary of €25.19 gross per hour, plus meal vouchers and other benefits; you will work alongside technicians and operators to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training or relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills.
• Team-oriented and solution-focused.
• Ability to read technical plans or schematics.
• Willingness for day shift; seeking long-term role.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilités

• Analyzing and resolving faults in machines and installations.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Calibrating, adjusting, and checking parts and systems.
• Contributing ideas for technical improvements within the department.
• Working closely with technicians and operators for safe operation.
• Recording interventions in the maintenance system.
