NTT DATA is seeking a customer-minded Solutions Architect specialized in Datacentre Infrastructure to support business objectives and build trusted client relationships. You will craft detailed designs, contribute to go-to-market activities, and lead scope definitions within hybrid environments.

The role requires a degree in IT/CS, multi-disciplinary background, and vendor certifications, with strong communication skills and pre-sales experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or relevant expertise.
• Multi-disciplinary IT background in a large infrastructure outsourcing environment.
• Relevant vendor certifications (Dell EMC, Cisco, IBM, HPE, VMWare, Nutanix, AWS, Azure, Veeam...).

Responsabilités

• Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions.
• Contribute to business development: prepare detailed product specifications for development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions.
• Participate in and/or lead scope of work definition.
• Understand the client’s environment and its technical and business needs.
• Identifies and evaluates alternative architectures and the trade-offs in cost, performance, and scalability.
• Assist and/or support hardware and software quotations with account teams.
• Understand the services offering of NTT and position our portfolio at our clients.
• Monitors the evolution on the market to gather intelligence on emerging technologies.
• Creates reports and technology roadmaps and shares knowledge and insights with others.
• Reviews, verifies, and improves own designs against changing specifications.
• Contribute to the development of new go to market services and contributes knowledge on relevant verticals.
• Operate across both the technical levels within the enterprise architecture and the value chain in order to develop holistic and integrated solutions.
