Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data Visualisation Specialist for client-site consultancy. You will transform raw data into clear, actionable insights and design dashboards that support strategic decisions across business units.

Based on a 50/50 on-site and remote arrangement, you will collaborate with data engineers, govern data practices, coach junior specialists, and ensure reports are robust, scalable, and compliant with governance standards within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, mathematics, economics).
• Certification in SAS EG, SAP, Tableau, or related technologies is a plus.
• 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics & Visualisation.
• Mandatory technical experience: data preparation for visualization, building stories, dashboards, governance and security rules, data concepts, and tools like SAS EG; Tableau, SAP BO, MS Office.
• Preferable technical experience: Python, Power BI.
• Mandatory business experience: Banking, Data Analytics, Project Management, agile/digital environment.
• Soft skills: team player, proactive, strong communication, autonomy.

About the job Data Visualisation Specialist

The Data Visualisation Specialist role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, delivering expertise and value in data reporting and visualisation.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into actionable insights for business stakeholders, bridging technical data teams and business units to ensure data-driven decisions are clear, accessible, and impactful.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports, dashboards, and visualisations that support strategic and operational decision-making, adhering to compliance, data governance, and security standards.
• Support internal customers and deliver multiple data reporting and visualisation projects by understanding and identifying stakeholder needs, capturing requirements, and translating them into prototypes and full dashboards.
• Collect and assemble data to support prototyping of visualisations with customers.
• Develop, update, optimize, publish, and decommission dashboards/reports, respecting data and reporting governance guidelines.
• Strive for optimal solutions in the development and automation of reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to create sustainable data solutions and evolve existing ones in line with new needs, promoting reuse and consistency.
• Set up, advocate, and implement reporting and visualisation best practices according to defined guidelines and standards.
• Coach junior Data Visualisation Specialists.
• Act as guardian and ambassador of governance practices.
• Document and train users on maximizing the use of different tools.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers for delivery of solid, industrialized, and governed final data structures, guaranteeing traceability, consistency, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• At least a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or economics. Candidates with other academic backgrounds and substantial analytics knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Certification in SAS EG, SAP, Tableau, or related technologies is a plus.
• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics & Visualisation.
• Mandatory technical experience: ability to prepare data for visualisation, build clear stories for decision making, visualize data and design dashboards, knowledge of data concepts (DataWarehouses, DataMarts, extraction/preparation), understanding of governance and security rules, knowledge of data strategy, experience with data reporting and visualisation tools (MS Office, Tableau, SAP Business Objects), and data preparation tools like SAS Enterprise Guide.
• Preferable technical experience: Python, Power BI.
• Mandatory business experience: prior experience in Banking, Data Analytics, Project Management, ability to work interactively (e.g. Agile), ability to work in a digital environment, T-shaping capabilities, Agile mindset.
• Soft skills: team player, quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, good communication and influencing skills, good analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, commitment, perseverance, ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
