Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Design and implement advanced machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges
• Build robust data pipelines and scalable architectures for data processing
• Conduct deep exploratory data analysis to reveal trends, correlations, and hidden insights
• Develop and maintain predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization algorithms
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Test, validate, and optimize models to ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with data engineers to guarantee data quality, availability, and integrity
• Play a key role in shaping Movify’s data science strategy and fostering best practices
• 3+ years of experience in a data science or related role
• Proficiency in Python or R, with a strong understanding of data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and probability
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive and innovative mindset with attention to detail
• Fluent in FR or NL + strong command of English
• A passion for turning data into actionable insights
