IT-planet is seeking a talented Data Modeler to join an international team and drive the development and maintenance of a scalable enterprise data model within a modern Unified Data Platform.

You will work with business stakeholders, data product teams, and architects to design logical and physical data models, establish governance, and promote best practices while ensuring models remain accurate and reusable across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of both normalized and denormalized data models.
• Solid analytical skills with hands-on data analysis.
• Experience with Teradata Vantage Data Model or a comparable enterprise data modeling framework.
• Proven experience designing logical and physical data models within enterprise data platforms.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Good understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support evolution and lifecycle management of the enterprise data model.
• Design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models.
• Define and promote data modeling standards, guidelines, templates, and best practices.
• Support data product teams in designing scalable, high-quality data models.
• Translate business concepts and source systems into standardized data structures.
• Review and integrate model changes while ensuring consistency, quality, and governance.
• Ensure alignment between the enterprise data model, business glossary, and data governance framework.
• Measure and monitor the adoption and business impact of the enterprise data model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve data modeling practices.
