Everience is seeking a Data Migration Analyst to lead data analysis, design robust migration plans, and develop mapping rules for the upcoming system migration. You will work with the migration architects and engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and seamless integration with the new platform.

The role requires strong SQL and data modeling skills, a practical approach, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and optimize the migration workflow.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience with data analysis, data design, data conversions and/or ETL tooling.
• Experience with quality control processes, migration approaches and relevant migration solutions.
• Strong affinity with data, data structures and data mapping.
• Knowledge of data modeling and relational algebra.
• Experience with SQL and database management.

Responsabilités

• Data analysis and source research before migration, identifying data quality issues.
• Collaborate with migration architect/engineers to design robust migration plan.
• Create conversion/mapping rules to meet new system requirements.
• Develop quality checks to ensure migrated data is accurate and usable.
• Monitor data integrity to prevent loss or corruption during migration.
• Apply SQL and database skills to retrieve, analyze, and manipulate data.
• Translate functional processes into data architecture implications for the new system.
• Identify data-related bottlenecks and propose solutions with the migration team.
• Serve as a link between business analysts and data migration engineers.
