Datashift is seeking a Data Governance Consultant to help clients maximize the value of data catalog solutions. You will lead the implementation, tailor configurations to business needs, and provide training to ensure sustainable governance and compliance.

Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English, with 3–5 years in data consulting, you bring strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data consulting or service-oriented environments.
• First experience with unified data governance tooling (e.g. Collibra) is highly required.
• Strong understanding of data governance concepts.
• Outstanding problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of data catalog solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with clients to understand data management needs and advise on utilizing a data catalog to enhance governance and information management.
• Customize and configure data catalog solutions to create business impact.
• Provide training sessions on the effective use of data catalog tools and offer ongoing support.
• Stay informed about updates and best practices related to data catalog.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
