act digital is an international consulting and engineering group that supports its clients in their digital transformation projects. You will join our data team as a technical leader, guiding the design of data architectures and pipelines.

You will mentor the data engineering scrum team, ensure code quality with reviews and tests, and collaborate with solution architects to deliver scalable, secure data solutions while keeping documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical data projects.
• Deliver detailed technical design documents.
• Produce high-quality, well-documented code with comprehensive test coverage.
• Provide regular code review reports and recommendations.
• Keep libraries and dependencies updated and secure.
• Ensure stable, reliable production deployments.
• Create work breakdown structures and reliable story estimates.
• Implement continuous improvement plans and process enhancements.

Responsabilités

• Leading the technical design and development of data architectures and pipelines.
• Overseeing the technical aspects of data engineering projects, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Conducting and overseeing code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to standards.
• Ensuring comprehensive test coverage for all codebases to guarantee robust and error-free deployments.
• Working closely with solution architects during the solution design phase to ensure feasibility and scalability.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the data engineering scrum team.
• Facilitating communication between data engineers and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical solutions and project goals.
