WLG in Belgium seeks a discovery lead to coordinate site surveys, governance, and data delivery agreements across roughly 155 internal data source owners.

You will chair governance sessions, manage risks and actions, and maintain a clear paper trail while presenting progress to stakeholders.

This on-site role requires PM/BA experience, strong English, and a proactive questioning mindset.

Qualifications

• PM/BA experience in both supplier and public sector contexts.
• Prince2 Foundation or demonstrable ability to run work packages without it.
• Care with classified and mission-critical information.
• Communication and stakeholder skills for working with government bodies and partners.
• Professional English at full working level.
• Proactive mindset: asking the awkward questions early.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery across roughly 155 internal data source owners, coordinating surveys and gathering existing data.
• Facilitate escalation when a site stalls and ensure timely progress.
• Prepare introductory and discovery materials to streamline conversations.
• Evaluate data sources for applicability and reliability; identify those that improve the overall picture.
• Represent the programme to stakeholders, presenting progress and direction.
• Host governance sessions and maintain clear records of risks, actions, decisions, and data delivery agreements.
