Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician in Ghent, Belgium for a full-time on-site role. You will support critical infrastructure in world-class data center facilities with a strong emphasis on cabling, equipment maintenance, and incident response.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data center operations, experience with Cat6/6a and fiber cabling, and familiarity with DCIM platforms and ITIL practices. On-call rotation and lifting requirements apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Experience with server and network equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with DCIM and ITIL practices is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting; maintain documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams; participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
